We’re happy that we are apart of the Sustainable Food Center’s knife skills program. They teach a variety of classes including bee keeping, gardening, cooking and have been doing so for 40 years now. They are a great local resource and we recently did an interview with them for their monthly newsletter. We’ll be at the next two knife skills classes so if you decide to take the class bring along your dull knives.
