Robin M. of Ft. Worth designed this steak / dinner knife and asked us if we could build it. He wanted something clean and stream lined. Something classic that laid flat on the table and wasn’t too busy. We built this 9″ steak knife in S35VN with a solid blackwood handle. We like how it turned out. Have a knife design in mind?
